На основании анализа факторов, определяющих развития отечественного и зарубежного автопрома, а также тенденций развития импортозамещения проведена проблематизация развития процесса локализации отечественного автопрома. Проведено исследование процесса внедрения инженерных изменений на автосборочном предприятии. На основании проанализированного материала и опыта работы на автосборочном предприятии, составлены рекомендации для российских поставщиков автокомпонентов. Новизна основных положений диссертации подтверждена анализом научно-методической литературы. По материалам диссертации имеется 1 статья, представленная на конференции ComCon-2016, а также подана заявка на конкурс грантов правительства Санкт-Петербурга. Управление разработкой диссертации как инновационного проекта реализовано с помощью программных пакетов MS Project 2013, ERwin Process Modeler 7.3.

Based on the analysis of the factors that determine the development of domestic and foreign automobile industry as well as trends in the development of import substitution, the problematization of localization's development process of the domestic auto industry was held. The author conducted a study of the process of implementation of engineering changes on the car assembly plant. On the basis of the analyzed materials and work experience in the auto assembly plant, the recommendations for Russian suppliers of automotive components were made up. The novelty of the main provisions of the thesis is confirmed by the analysis of the scientific and methodological literature. According to the materials of the dissertation there is 1 article that was represented at the conference ComCon-2016. The author applied for grant competition of the government of St. Petersburg. The management of development of thesis as an innovative project was implemented by software packages MS Project 2013, ERwin Process Modeler 7.3.
