Целью дипломного проекта является уточнение и сравнение экономической эффективности атомных и конденсационных станций, работающих на парогазовых установках, и учет дополнительных влияющих факторов. Для достижения цели рассмотрено текущее и прогнозируемое состояние энергетики России и зарубежных стран, проанализирован состав генерирующих мощностей и изучена потребность в атомной энергетике в Российской Федерации и мире. Определены проблемы и сформулированы рекомендации по их решению, а именно изучены доступные данные о величине удельных капитальных вложений в атомные и конденсационные электростанции и проведены расчеты эффективности инвестиций с учетом фактора экологии.В результате проведена оценка экономической эффективности АЭС и КЭС с ПГУ, позволяющая выявить особенности каждой станции. Получены показатели эффективности инвестиций в проекты строительства электростанций.

The goal of this graduation project is the clarification and comparison of economic effectiveness for nuclear and condensing plants, which works with combine cycle turbines, with considering the additional influencing factors. To reach the goal the current and forecasted electrical energy market of Russia and foreign countries is reviewed, the diversity of generating power plants is analyzed and the demand for nuclear energy in Russian Federation and the world is studied. The problems are defined and the recommendations to overcome them are formulated, specifically the available data on specific capital investments in nuclear and condensing power plants is studied and calculations of investment effectiveness with ecology factor are performed.As the result the evaluation of NPP and CPP with CCGT is conducted that allows identifying the features of each station. The indicators of investment effectiveness in power plants building projects are obtained.
