Целью исследования является изучение процесса размещения заказов и механизмов государственных закупок, существующих в РФ и выработка рекомендаций для совершенствования процесса государственных закупок. Для достижения цели рассмотрен и проанализирован процесс становления и развития института государственных закупок в России, экономический и юридические аспекты. Определены проблемы и оценены перспективы по развитию системы государственных закупок, а также выявлены и предложены пути решения проблем связанных с проведением и правовым регулированием системы государственных закупок.

The aim of the study is the process of placing orders and procurement mechanisms that exist in the Russian Federation and to develop recommendations for improving the public procurement process. To achieve the goal reviewed and analyzed the process of formation and development of the institute of public procurement in Russia, economic and legal aspects.
