Цель магистерской диссертации заключается в обосновании методического подхода к формированию финансовой стратегии путем определения направлений финансовой стратегии и оценке их эффективности. Теоретической и методологической основой диссертации послужили исследования зарубежных и отечественных ученых и практиков в области финансового менеджмента, в которых отражена проблематика формирования, реализации и оценки эффективности финансовых стратегий коммерческих организаций. Раскрыто понятие финансовой стратегии компании. Определена роль финансовой стратегии в деятельности коммерческих предприятий. Дана характеристика процесса и моделей формирования финансовой стратегии. Произведен анализ финансового положения предприятия и оценка эффективности направлений финансовой стратегии. Выполнена оценка эффективности финансовой стратегии предприятия ООО «Меркурий». Обосновано формирование финансовой стратегии ООО «Меркурий». Сформулировано влияние финансовой стратегии на эффективность деятельности предприятия ООО «Меркурий».
