Объектом исследования является ООО «Автосистема». Предметом исследования является система управления персоналом на ООО «Автосистема». Цель работы - диагностика и совершенствование системы управления персоналом ООО «Автосистема». Для достижения цели, необходимо решить следующие задачи: 1. Изучение, оценка и совершенствование концептуальных подходов к управлению человеческими ресурсами организации; 2. Проведение диагностики кадровой политики ООО «Автосистема» за 2014-2015 гг.; 3. Изучить организацию системы мотивации персонала на предприятии; 4. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию системы управления человеческими ресурсами организации.

The object of the research is of LLC "Autosystem". The subject of research is the system of personnel management at LLC "Autosystem". The work purpose is diagnosis and improvement of personnel management system of LLC "Autosystem". To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve following tasks: 1. The study, evaluation and improvement of conceptual approaches to the management of human resources of the organization; 2. Diagnostics of the personnel policy of LLC "Autosystem" for 2014-2015; 3. To study the organization of personnel motivation system at the enterprise; 4. Development of recommendations on improvement of system of management of human resources of the organization. Final qualifying work is done on eighty-seven pages, consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used sources and applications. The introduction discusses the relevance of the work, scientific-theoretical base, the main purpose and objectives, by which is achieved the aim of the thesis, the selected object and the object, designated research methods.
