In this work was considered work of heat pump in conjunction with boiler for heat supply of individual consumer in climatic conditions of Leningrad region. The choice of this heat supply system was justified. Was made thermodynamic calculation for heat pump using air as the low-potential source and were received coefficients of efficiency. Was considered mode of operation of heat pump with boiler, scheme of their operation and efficiency of operation. With analysis of different sources from literature and practical solutions, most efficient low-potential source was chosen and was count COP of operation with this source.
