Paper is proposed a method of technical-economic assessment of integration of PV elements into energy efficient buildings in connection with requirements of LEED certification. Two options of installation in 9 locations in Russia are considered- on the roof and façade-integrated installation. To propose method of increase points of LEED certification in realized certified project by integration of PV modules. Economical advisability of integration of renewable energy systems in energy efficiency building under LEED certification was proved.
