Research was concentrated on solving the individual problems of freight centres, but there is a flaw in the methodology that provides technical solutions for the implementation of a suitable connection mode. In this sense, the problem was focused on three main components: site selection; calculation of cargo volumes and provision of appropriate equipment. The methodology was primarily a study of the previous problem to identify the relevant requirements of the analysis.
