The object of the study is LLC "ITSC". The goal of the final qualification work is the analysis of the project management process in the company and the development of the optimal version of project management for the development of a new sys-tem for planning production performance of oil production. Based on the analysis, it was proposed to integrate a cascading and flexible project management methodology, as the most expedient and effective. Within the framework of the implementation of this hybrid ap-proach, the following changes in the project management process were pro-posed: an iterative approach at the stage of system development and implementation, prototype development at the stage of technical design, deep immersion of the customer and end users into the project, organization of a common information space for interaction and remote consultation with using the software product. An appropriate communication plan has also been developed that meets the project requirements. The plan takes into account the manage-ment features of communication in accordance with a flexible approach, namely the formation of a highly effective project team, close interaction, the organization of regular retrospectives to adjust the actions of partici-pants. The implementation of the above-described measures will lead to effective implementation of the project within the budget and timing, as well as the implementation of an IT solution that meets the established volume of functionality and quality level.

Объектом исследования является ООО «ИТСК». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ процесса проектного управления в компании и разработка оптимального варианта управления проектом разработки новой системы для планирования производственных показателей добычи нефти. На основе анализа было предложена интеграция каскадной и гибкой методологии управления проектами, как самой целесообразной и эффективной. В рамках реализации данного гибридного подхода были предложены следующие изменения в процессе проектного управления: итерационный подход на этапе разработки и внедрения системы, разработка прототипа на этапе технического проектирования, глубокое погружение заказчика и конечных пользователей в проект, организация общего информационного пространства для взаимодействия и удаленные консультация с помощью программного продукта. Также был разработан соответствующий план коммуникация, отвечающий требованиям проекта. План учитывает особенности управления коммуникация согласно гибкому подходу, а именно обра-зование высокоэффективной команды проекта, тесное взаимодействие, организация регулярных ретроспектив для корректировки действий участников. Реализация вышеописанных мероприятий приведет к эффек-тивному выполнению проекта в рамках бюджета и сроков, а также реализации ИТ-решения, отвечающего установленному объему функциональности и уровню качества.
