Объектом изучения дипломной работы является технические устройства, применяемые опасном производственном объекте. Предметом изучения работы являются требования к техническим устройствам. Задачи работы: • проанализировать существующие требования промышленной безопасности к техническим устройствам • выделить основные требования безопасной эксплуатации к резервуарам, предназначенным для хранения нефтепродуктов • описать возможные сценарии аварии и определить основные мероприятия по их локализации на нефтебазе В ходе выполнения работы удалось выполнить следующее: проанализировать документы Российского Законодательства в отношении технических устройств и требований к ним; провести оценку основных требований к безопасной эксплуатации и организации технического надзора за резервуарами, предназначенными для хранения нефтепродуктов; проработаны мероприятия и возможные последствия аварии на ОПО ООО «Велком» склад горюче-смазочных материалов (3 класс опасности).

Research object of this thesis is the technical devices used by the dangerous industrial object. Research subjects of the thesis are the requirements for technical devices. Objectives of this work are: • to analyse current requirements of industrial safety to technical devices; • to outline the main requirements for safe exploitation to tanks intended for the storage of petroleum products; • to describe possible accident scenarios and determine the main measures for their localization at the tank farm. During the research work the following was done: the documents of the Russian Legislation about technical devices and their requirements were analyzed; the main requirements for safe exploitation and organization of technical supervision of tanks intended for the storage of petroleum products were assessed; the measures and possible consequences of the accident at the OPO LLC "VELCOM" warehouse of fuels and lubricants (3rd class of danger) were worked through.
