Цель работы - рассмотреть сущность электронных денег, выявить особенности их обращения в современных условиях и внести предложения по совершенствованию обращения электронных денег в банковской сфере. Для достижения цели рассмотрена история возникновения электронных денег, изучена сущность, виды и принципы функционирования электронных денег. Изучены вопросы нормативно правового регулирования электронных денег в РФ, рассмотрены особенности их обращения, проблемы и перспективы их развития. Изучены вопросы внедрения новой электронной валюты в банковскую систему на примере криптовалюты Биткойн. Изученные вопросы и предложения можно использовать в банковской системе для дальнейшего внедрения криптовалюты в обращение.

The purpose of the work is to consider the essence of electronic money, to identify the features of their circulation in modern conditions and make proposals to improve the circulation of electronic money in the banking sector. To achieve this goal, the history of electronic money, studied the nature, types and principles of operation of electronic money. The issues of legal regulation of electronic money in the Russian Federation are studied, the peculiarities of their circulation, problems and prospects of their development are considered. The issues of introduction of a new electronic currency in the banking system on the example of cryptocurrency Bitcoin are studied. The studied questions and suggestions can be used in the banking system for further introduction of cryptocurrency into circulation.
