Объектом исследования является АО «Завод Полимерных Труб». Предметом исследования являются процессы производственной и финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия с использованием методического инструментария управленческого учета и анализа. Целью данного исследования является разработка и обоснование практических рекомендаций по формированию управленческого учета на примере предприятия АО «Завод Полимерных труб». На основе анализа предприятия была разработана система управленческого учета в виде программного обеспечения, целью которой является систематизация данных. Просчитана экономическая эффективность от внедряемого проекта (затраты и результаты), выявлены недостатки, рассмотрены возможные риски. Внедрение данной системы приведет к повышению прибыли компании, уменьшению издержек, уменьшению кредиторской задолженности, поможет в принятии эффективных управленческих решений.

The object of research is JSC "Plant of Polymer Trumpet". The subject of the research is the processes of production, financial and economic activity of the enterprise using methodological tools of management accounting and analysis. The purpose of this study is to develop and substantiate practical recommendations for the formation of management accounting on the example of the company JSC "Plant of Polymer Trumpet". Based on the analysis of the enterprise, a management accounting system was developed in the form of software, the purpose of which is to systematize the data. The economic efficiency of the implemented project (costs and results) is calculated, shortcomings are revealed, possible risks are considered. The introduction of this system will increase the company's profits, reduce costs, reduce accounts payable, will help in making effective management decisions.
