Объектом исследования является ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ». Цель выпускной квалифицированной работы является изучение учета оплаты труда и стимулирования персонала в автономном учреждении и разработка предложений по их совершенствованию. Изучена цель создания автономного учреждения и правила его функционирования. Основываясь на годовой бухгалтерской отчетности сделаны выводы по ФГАОУ ВО «СПбПУ» о том, что данное учреждение рационально планирует и распределяет бюджет, это следует из того, что учреждение не имеет долгов ни перед персоналом, ни перед другими организациями и государственными органами, и даже имеет возможность приобретать технику, мебель, оборудование, денежные документы. Также было изучено ведение бухгалтерского учета и рассмотрены основные проводки по заработной плате. Также был изучен кадровый анализ автономного учреждения. Основываясь на выводах, полученных в ходе проведения исследования, были разработаны возможные мероприятия по совершенствованию системы оплаты труда и стимулирования персонала.

The object of the study is FSBEI HE "SPbPU". The purpose of the graduation of qualified work is to study the accounting of wages and incentives for staff in an autonomous institution and the development of proposals for their improvement. The purpose of creating an autonomous institution and the rules of its functioning have been studied. Based on the annual financial statements, conclusions were drawn from the FSBEI HE "SPbPU" that the institution rationally plans and distributes the budget, this follows from the fact that the institution has no debts either to staff or to other organizations and government bodies, and even has the ability to purchase equipment, furniture, equipment, cash documents. The accounting records were also studied and the main payroll transactions were reviewed. The personnel analysis of the autonomous institution was also studied. Based on the findings of the study, possible measures were developed to improve the remuneration system and staff incentives.
