Объектом исследования магистерской диссертации выступает ПАО «НК Роснефть». Предметом исследования – способы и механизмы роста эффективности по внедрению инноваций в компании с помощью инвестиций в интеллектуальный капитал. Целью диссертации является проведение оценки эффективности инвестиций в интеллектуальный капитал на примере международной компании «Роснефть». Теоретическая база исследования – это научные труды зарубежных и российских ученых, которые посвящены эффективности инвестиций в интеллектуальный капитал. Практическая значимость работы состоит в возможности использования разработанной методики в любой компании в связи с доступностью требуемых для анализа данных, которые содержатся в управленческой и бухгалтерской отчетности компании, а также для сравнения итогового показателя в динамике между разными предприятиями. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке методики по оценке эффективности инвестиций в интеллектуальный капитал в компании, что дает возможность провести анализ экономической выгоды от инвестирования средств в интеллектуальный капитал сотрудников для увеличения уровня инновационной активности компании.
