Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ и оценка рисков предприятия АО «НПО «Прибор» при выходе на зарубежный рынок и поиск способов их минимизации На основе анализа рынка были выделены основные конкуренты АО «НПО «Прибор». Были рассмотрены возможные риски пред-приятий при выходе на международный рынок, их характеристики и классификации. Рассмотрены различные методы идентификации и оценки рисков во ВЭД, различные методики управления рисками и их минимизации. Рассмотрены характеристики предприятия АО «НПО «При-бор», разработана стратегия выхода предприятия на международный рынок, идентифицированы риски на различных этапах деятельности предприятия на внешнем рынке. Произведена оценка рисков с помощью метода комплексной оценки. Разработаны предложения по минимизации рисков. Научная новизна результатов работы состоит в практической систематизации, сегментировании рисков международной цепочки конкретного предприятия, расчета вероятности возникновения отдельных рисков по практике работы предприятия и расчета соответствующих уровней вероятной потери прибыли предприятия при реализации рисков.
