Наступление новой эры 21-го века вызвало волну экономической глобализации для всех стран мира. Использование ресурсов в глобальном масштабе, транснациональные операции и дополнительные преимущества стали основной формой международных деловых операций. Однако из-за разного культурного происхождения и географического окружения неизбежно, что предприятия столкнутся с культурными различиями в своей транснациональной деятельности. При условии, что культура китайских предприятий еще не созрела, а у транснациональной культурной интеграции нет опыта, необходимо освоить методы разрешения межкультурных конфликтов и общую стратегию межкультурного управления и принять соответствующие контрмеры в соответствии с их собственные условия и социальная среда принимающей страны. Поэтому эффективное межкультурное управление, разрешение культурных конфликтов и скорейшая адаптация к местной культуре являются гарантией успешной работы предприятий в межкультурном контексте. В этом документе описываются методы и предложения межкультурного управления и в качестве примера приводится KFC (Китай).
The arrival of the new era of the 21st century has caused all countries in the world to be engulfed by the wave of economic globalization. The use of resources on a global scale, transnational operations, and complementary advantages have become the main form of international business operations. However, due to different cultural backgrounds and geographical environments, it is inevitable that enterprises will encounter cultural differences in their transnational operations. Under the condition that Chinese enterprises' culture is still not mature and transnational cultural integration lacks experience, it is necessary to master the methods of dealing with cross-cultural conflicts and the general strategy of cross-cultural management, and take corresponding countermeasures according to their own conditions and the host country's social environment. Therefore, effective cross-cultural management, solving cultural conflicts and adapting to local culture as soon as possible is a guarantee for successful operation of enterprises in a cross-cultural context. This paper describes the methods and suggestions of intercultural management and takes KFC (China) as an example.
