Объектом исследования является компания ООО "Балттранссервис", занимающаяся перевозкой нефтепродуктов по территории России, СНГ и стран Балтии. Цель работы - осуществление выбора и внедрения СЭД, удовлетворяющей потребностям организации. Задачи работы - сбор требований в компании, построение архитектуры предприятия “As is”, обоснование необходимости внедрения, выбор подходящего программного продукта, построение архитектуры предприятия “To be”. По результатам работы была выбрана и внедрена система электронного документооборота на предприятии. Внедрение поволило сократить трудозатраты сотрудников, затраты компании на канцелярские расходы, услуги архивного хранения и почтовых служб.

The object of the study is the Balttransservice LLC company, which is engaged in the transportation of petroleum products throughout Russia, the CIS and the Baltic countries. The purpose of the work is the implementation of the selection and implementation of an EDMS that meets the needs of the organization. The tasks of the work are collecting requirements in the company, building the architecture of the “As is” enterprise, justifying the need for implementation, choosing the right software product, building the architecture of the “To be” enterprise. Based on the results of the work, an electronic document management system was selected and implemented at the enterprise. The implementation has led to a reduction in the labor costs of employees, the company’s costs for office supplies, archive storage services and postal services.
