Разработан проект по внедрению модуля охраны окружающей среды, промышленной безопасности и охраны труда – SAP EHSM. В рамках проекта был проведен анализ аналогичных систем, выявлены преимущества системы, описана платформа для модуля. Объектом исследования является АО «Группа ИЛИМ» - предприятие целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является описание процесса внедрения модуля EHSM на предприятие и оценка эффективности внедрения. Проведен анализ существующих процессов организации и вы-явлена необходимость внедрения модуля. Сформулированы общие и функциональные требования. Описан процесс проведения пробоотборов и формирования отчетности до и после внедрения. Представлена схема технологического слоя до внедрения и с учетом интеграции модуля. Проведена оценка экономической эффективности. Проанализированы риски проекта.

A project of the implementation of the module of Environmental, Health and Safety Management - SAP EHSM is developed. Within the project, an analysis of similar systems is carried out, the advantages of the system are revealed, and the platform for the module is described. The object of the research is “ILIM Group” - an enterprise of the cellulose and paper industry. The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to describe the process of implementing the EHSM module in the enterprise and to estimate the effectiveness of the implementation. The analysis of the existing processes of the organization is carried out and the necessity of implementation of the module has been identified. General and functional requirements are formulated. The process of sampling and reporting before and after implementation is described. The scheme of the technological layer before the introduction and after the integration of the module is presented. Economic efficiency is estimated. Risks of the project are analysed.
