В данной работе было проведено исследование теории внутренних коммуникаций. Определена сущность и понятие внутренних коммуникаций. Проанализированы тенденции развития цифровых коммуникаций в деловой среде и специфика внутренних коммуникаций в бизнес-клубах. Проведен анализ деятельности компании ООО «Бизнес-клуб «Деловой Петербург»». Разработаны конкретные рекомендации и план по совершенствованию внутренних коммуникаций компании.
In the given work the study of the theory of internal communications was conducted. The essence and concept of internal communications were defined. Trends in the development of digital communications in the business environment and the specificity of internal communications in business clubs were analyzed. The analysis of the activities of the company OOO “Business-club "Delovoy Peterburg" was conducted. Specific recommendations and a plan to improve the company's internal communications were developed.
