В данной работе рассмотрена разработка организационной структуры на примере компании ПАО «ФосАгро». Объектом исследований выступает действующее предприятие ПАО «ФосАгро». Предмет изучения - организационная структура предприятия. Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты организационной структуры: понятие, типы и принцип построения организационной структуры, проведён анализ организационно-управленческой структуры на примере предприятия ПАО «ФосАгро». Также, проанализирована их текущая деятельность, проведен финансовый анализ деятельности. После результатов анализа были выявлены возможные проблемы и пути их решения. Затем, была рассчитана коммерческая эффективность проектов и сделаны выводы по итогам всего проекта.

In this paper, we consider the development of the organizational structure on the example of PJSC “PhosAgro”. The object of research is the operating enterprise PJSC “PhosAgro”. The subject of study - the organizational structure of the enterprise. The theoretical aspects of the organizational structure are considered: the concept, types and principle of building the organizational structure, the analysis of the organizational and management structure is carried out on the example of the enterprise PJSC “PhosAgro”. Also, their current activities were analyzed, financial analysis of activities was conducted. After the results of the analysis, possible problems and ways to solve them were identified. Then, the commercial efficiency of the projects was calculated and the conclusions of the entire project were made.
