В данной работе изложена суть работы 5D смета, показаны преимущества ин-струмента. Проектируемый бизнес-центр был проработан в 3-х программных ком-плексах: «Autodesk Revit 2017», «BIM WIZARD» и «SmetaWIZARD». Изучено назначение ресурсов из базы данных для элементов BIM модели. Создана структура сметы в «BIM WIZARD». В результате рассчитана локальная смета на надземную часть и получены технико-экономические показатели здания.

This paper outlines the essence of the work of 5D estimates, shows the advantages of the tool. The designed business center was developed in 3 software complexes: “Auto-desk Revit 2017”, “BIM WIZARD” and “SmetaWIZARD”. The assignment of resources from the database to the BIM model elements has been studied. The cost structure was cre-ated at BIM WIZARD, and as a result, a local estimate for the above-ground part was cal-culated and the technical and economic indicators of the building were obtained.
