Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является обоснование эффективности переезда ООО «ТД «КАМЗ» на территорию индустриального парка «Преображенка». На основе анализа рынка и компании были сделаны выводы о сильных и слабых сторонах «ТД «КАМЗ». Были разработаны экономические планы, при помощи которых было выявлено, что переезд будет эффективен при расширении номенклатурного ряда продукции, также были сформированы ряд мер для руководства компании. Сделан прогноз выручки и затрат от реализации мер по переезду и расширению ассортиментной политики предприятия. Рассчитана ставка дисконтирования, чистая приведенная стоимость проекта, проведен сценарный анализ. Реализация мер, связанных с переездом и дальнейшем развитием, приведет к увеличению чистой прибыли компании. Работа выполнена на примере ООО «ТД «КАМЗ».

The purpose of the final qualifying work is to justify the effectiveness of moving TD KAMZ LLC to the territory of the Preobrazhenka industrial park. Based on the analysis of the market and the company, conclusions were drawn about the weaknesses of TD KAMZ. Economic plans were developed, with the help of which it was revealed that the move would be effective in expanding the nomenclature of products, several measures were also developed for the company's management. The forecast of revenues and costs from the implementation of measures for the relocation and expansion of the company's assortment policy was made. Calculated discount rate, the net present value of the project, conducted scenario analysis. The implementation of measures related to the relocation and further development will lead to an increase in the company's net profit. The work was performed on the example of TD KAMZ LLC.
