Объектом исследования данной работы являются «фирмы-однодневки» на территории Российской Федерации. Целью работы является проведения анализа государственной политики борьбы с деятельностью «фирм-однодневок», с целью разработки на полученных данных рекомендаций по повышению эффективности борьбы с таким компаниями. В первом разделе работы будут рассмотрены теоретические основы возникновения и развития предпринимательства, исследована сущность предпринимательства и его формы, проанализировано понятие «фирмы-однодневки», ее сущность и цели создания. Во втором разделе проанализирована деятельность «фирм-однодневок», рассмотрено правовое регулирование предпринимательства в России, исследованы методы борьбы с деятельностью «фирм-однодневок», выявлены существующие проблемы в процессе противодействия «фирмам-однодневкам». В третьем разделе разработаны меры по повышению эффективности законодательных мер по противодействию «фирмам-однодневкам», выдвинуты предложения по повышению качества воздействия законодательных мер на деятельность «фирм-однодневок», рассмотрен предполагаемый эффект от предложенных мероприятий. Научная новизна работы заключается в том, что разработаны рекомендации по повышению государственного регулирования деятельности «фирм-однодневок», а также была проведена оценка эффекта от использования предложенных рекомендаций.

The object of study of this work are “one-day firms” in the territory of the Russian Federation. The aim of the work is to analyze the state policy of fighting the activities of one-day firms, with the aim of developing recommendations on the data obtained to improve the effectiveness of the fight against such companies. In the first section of the work, the theoretical foundations of the emergence and development of entrepreneurship will be examined, the essence of entrepreneurship and its form will be investigated, the concept of “one-day firms”, its essence and goals of creation will be analyzed. In the second section, the activities of “one-day firms” are analyzed, the legal regulation of entrepreneurship in Russia is examined, methods of dealing with the activities of “one-day firms” are examined, and existing problems are identified in the process of countering “one-day firms”. The third section developed measures to improve the effectiveness of legislative measures to counter “one-day firms”, put forward proposals to improve the quality of the impact of legislative measures on the activities of “one-day firms”, considered the expected effect of the proposed measures. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that recommendations have been developed for increasing the state regulation of the activities of one-day firms, and also the effect of the use of the proposed recommendations was evaluated.
