Объектом исследования является ООО «Пулл энд Беар СНГ». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ формирования, распределения и использования прибыли предприятия ООО «Пулл энд Беар СНГ» для принятия мер по её совершенствованию. Были изучены теоретические основы управления прибылью ООО «Пулл энд Беар СНГ», в частности формирование затрат, экономическое содержание прибыли и её формирование, распределение и использование. Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности исследуемого предприятия, динамики и структуры активов и пассивов, ликвидности баланса, динамики коэффициентов рентабельности. После проведения инвентаризации в точке реализации продукции были разработаны мероприятия, направленные на сокращение потерь ООО «Пулл энд Беар СНГ» и, следовательно, на увеличение прибыли. Реализация мер по совершенствованию управления прибылью приведет к увеличению прибыли предприятия.

The object of the study is LLC “Pull & Bear CIS”. The purpose of the final qualifying work is the analysis of the formation, distribution and use of the profit of the enterprise LLC “Pull & Bear CIS” to take measures for its improvement. The theoretical foundations of profit management of Pull & Bear CIS LLC were studied, in particular, the formation of costs, the economic content of profits and its formation, distribution and use. The analysis of the financial and economic activities of the studied company, the dynamics and structure of assets and liabilities, balance sheet liquidity, the dynamics of profitability ratios. After the inventory at the point of sale, measures were developed to reduce the losses of Pull & Bear CIS LLC and, consequently, to increase profits. The implementation of measures to improve the management of profits will lead to an increase in the profits of the enterprise.
