В данной работе рассмотрены методы моделирования полидисперсных структур. Получены результаты влияния содержания корунда на теплопроводности и теплоемкости смесей. Произведены расчеты, в которых было учтено изменение теплопроводности жидко-стекольного связующего при повышенных температурах. Была визуализирована структура формовочных смесей.
This paper presents the methods of modeling polydisperse structures a considered. The results of the influence of the content of corundum on the thermal conductivity and heat capacity of mixtures were obtained. Calculations were carried out in which the change in the thermal conductivity of the liquid glass binder at elevated temperatures was taken into account. The structure of the molding mixtures was visualized.
