Объектом исследования является АО «Невские берега». Цель данной выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в комплексном анализе финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и разработке мер по её улучшению. К основным задачам работы можно отнести изучение теоретических материалов по данной теме; описание исследуемого предприятия, проведение комплексного финансово-хозяйственного анализа и выявление проблем; разработка мероприятий по улучшению финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и оценка их экономической эффективности. В рамках работы были использованы такие методы как анализ теоретических материалов, методы группировки и сравнения данных, методы горизонтального и вертикального анализа, а также методы расчётов и оценки показателей и коэффициентов. В ходе проведения исследования был создан комплекс мер по улучшению финансово-хозяйственного состояния предприятия, основанный на анализе его отчётности за последние шесть лет. Мероприятия направлены на снижение издержек и повышение эффективности продаж. Для разработки мер были применены современные методы, в том числе использование новейшего программного обеспечения и передовых технологий в области интернет-маркетинга. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности использования в рамках исследования результатов на конкретном существующем или схожем предприятии в отрасли с целью улучшения его финансово-хозяйственного состояния.

The object of the research is JSC «Nevskie berega». The purpose of this final qualifying work is a comprehensive analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise and the development of measures to improve it. The main tasks of the work include the study of theoretical materials on this topic; description of the investigated enterprise, conducting a comprehensive financial and economic analysis and identification of problems; development of measures to improve financial and economic activities and evaluation of their economic efficiency. Within the framework of the work, such methods as the analysis of theoretical materials, methods of grouping and comparing data, methods of horizontal and vertical analysis, as well as methods of calculation and evaluation of indicators and coefficients were used. In the course of the study, a set of measures was created to improve the financial and economic condition of the enterprise, based on an analysis of its activities over the past years. Activities are aimed at reducing costs and improving the efficiency of prosales. To develop measures, modern methods were applied, including the use of the latest software and advanced technologies in the field of Internet marketing. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results of a study on a specific existing or similar enterprise in the industry in order to improve its financial and economic condition.
