Объектом исследования является ПАО «Аэрофлот». Предметом исследования является система управления финансово-хозяйственной деятельностью ПАО «Аэрофлот». Целью работы является изучение основных особенностей управления финансово-хозяйственной деятельностью предприятия, а также разработка мероприятий по улучшению результативности финансово-хозяйственного состояния ПАО «Аэрофлот» на основе результатов анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности организации. Были изучены теоретические аспекты управления и анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельностью предприятия. Выполнен анализ рынка и SWOT анализ компании. Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности ПАО «Аэрофлот», на основании которого в третьей главе разработаны и предложены мероприятия по повышению результативности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, а так-же проведено экономическое обоснование этих мероприятий.

The aim of the work is to study the main features of the manage-ment of financial and economic activities of the enterprise, as well as the development of measures to improve the performance of the financial and economic condition of PJSC Aeroflot based on the results of the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the organization. The theoretical aspects of management and analysis of the finan-cial and economic activities of the enterprise were studied. Market analysis and SWOT analysis of the company were carried out. The analysis of the financial and economic activities of PJSC “Aeroflot” was carried out, on the basis of which the third chapter developed and proposed measures to improve the effectiveness of financial and economic activities, as well as carried out the economic justification of these activities.
