Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ состояния рынка труда КНР и выявление основных его тенденций и особенностей в условиях глобализации и инновационного развития страны. Объектом исследования является рынок труда КНР. В ходе исследования раскрыты теоретические основы развития рынка труда, включая социально-экономическую характеристику, особенности рынка труда КНР на современном этапе; исследована социальная политика КНР. Анализируется влияние рынка труда на социальную структуру китайского общества: выявлены основные направления развития рынка труда на основе определяющей роли государственной политики и вызовов глобализации. Сформулированы основные тенденции развития рынка труда и мероприятия по его модернизации в системе инновационного развития страны. Пути совершенствования рынка труда конкретизированы и изучены на примере Шанхая Работа выполнена на основе открытых информационных источников, содержащих документы, литературу, аналитические данные, таблицы и графики.
