Цель данной работы – принятие решения по усовершенствованию способов идентификации машин и оборудования, перемещаемых через таможенную границу ЕАЭС, для оптимизации прохождения процедуры таможенного оформления. В ходе данной работы перед автором стояли задачи приобретения знаний, формирующих профессиональные компетенции, для принятия грамотных мер: сравнение способов идентификации различных товаров, подробное изучение регламентов и научной литературы, а также разработка решения по совершенствованию способов идентификации машин и оборудования. Объектом исследования является маркировка машин и оборудования, перемещаемых через таможенную границу ЕАЭС. Основными методами исследования, которые были применены в ходе работы, являются анализ и обобщение информации. Предложенная автором идея внедрения RFID-меток решает проблему маркировки машин и оборудования. Автором подробно прописаны все требования, необходимые для оптимального внедрения данной технологии. Нововведения были впервые предложены для данной группы товаров. Подобное введение RFID-меток в таможенных целях имело попытки, однако не получило должного развития и до сих пор является абсолютно недоработанным. Безусловно, внедрение RFID-технологий в таможенную сферу требует определённых ресурсов и особой организации для того, чтобы нововведение стало эффективным. Область применения разработанной идеи – маркировка машин и оборудования, перемещаемых через таможенную границу ЕАЭС. Данная разработка имеет высокую значимость, поскольку позволит таможенным процессам идти гораздо быстрее и облегчит задачу сотрудникам таможенных органов, избавив от множества посредственных задач, а значит и повысит эффективность работы таможенных постов, увеличив пропускную способность в целом.

The purpose of this work is to make a decision on improving the ways of identifying machines and equipment moving across the customs border of the EAEU, in order to optimize the customs clearance procedure. In the course of this work, the author was faced with the task of acquiring knowledge that forms professional competencies for taking literate measures: comparing the methods of identifying various goods, studying the regulations and the scientific literature in detail, and developing a solution to improve the methods of machine and equipment identification. The object of the research is the marking of machines and equipment transported across the customs border of the EAEU. The main research methods used in the course of work are the analysis and synthesis of information. The idea proposed by the author for the introduction of RFID tags solves the problem of marking machines and equipment. The author spelled out in detail all the requirements necessary for the optimal implementation of this technology. Innovations were first proposed for this group of products. Such an introduction of RFID tags for customs purposes has been attempted, but has not received proper development and is still completely flawed. Of course, the introduction of RFID technologies in the customs sphere requires certain resources and special organization in order for the innovation to become effective. The scope of the developed idea is the marking of machines and equipment transported across the customs border of the EAEU. This development is of high importance, since it will allow customs processes to go much faster, and will facilitate the task of customs officers, eliminating a lot of mediocre tasks, and thus increase the efficiency of customs posts by increasing throughput.
