Объектом исследования является СУ СК России по Новгородской области. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра является выбор и адаптация системы электронного документооборота. Для достижения цели была проанализирована деятельность СУ СК России по Новгородской области, а также его организационная структура и система документооборота. На основании анализа были выявлены области автоматизации и сформулированы требования к СЭД. Исходя из анализа российского рынка СЭД были выбраны наиболее популярные решения для проведения сравнительного анализа, по результатам которого была выбрана система, удовлетворяющая требованиям заказчика. В работе описана установка и настройка системы, а также технология ее использования. Внедрение системы электронного документооборота приведет к удобному хранению документов, сокращению времени их подготовки и согласования, а также повысит качество работы сотрудников.

The object of study is the SU IC of Russia in the Novgorod region. The aim of the graduate qualification work of the bachelor is the selection and adaptation of the electronic document management system. To achieve the goal, the activity of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Novgorod Region was analyzed, as well as its organizational structure and document management system. Based on the analysis, areas of automation were identified and requirements for EDMS were formulated. Based on the analysis of the Russian EDMS market, the most popular solutions for comparative analysis were selected, according to the results of which a system was selected that satisfies the customer's requirements. The work describes the installation and configuration of the system, as well as the technology of its use. The introduction of an electronic document management system will lead to convenient storage of documents, reducing the time for their preparation and approval, as well as improve the quality of work of employees.
