Объектом исследования является ПАО «РУСАЛ». Предмет исследования: хозяйственная деятельность предприятия ПАО «РУСАЛ». Целью выпускной работы является изучение теоретических основ бизнес-процессов; изучение видов, уровней, принципов и шагов оптимизации бизнес-процессов; провести комплексный анализ хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; на основе анализа выявить критические точки в бизнес-процессах; выбрать бизнес-процесс предприятия для оптимизации; предложить решения по оптимизации бизнес-процесса и рассчитать экономическую эффективность; подвести итоги проделанной работы. Полученные результаты и их новизна: изучены теоретические основы бизнес-процессов, их виды, уровни, принципы и шаги оптимизации; проведен комплексный анализ хозяйственной деятельности предприятия; выявлены критические точки в бизнес-процессах, выдвинуты предложения по оптимизации финансовой деятельности предприятия, с помощью рефинансирования кредитования. Область применения, экономическая эффективность (практическая значимость): результаты исследований могут использоваться предприятиями в финансовой деятельности для оптимизации бизнес процесса кредитования, снижение долговой нагрузки.

The object of the research is PJSC «РУСАЛ». Study topic: economical activity of the company PJSC «РУСАЛ». The goal of senior project is a research of theoretical bases of business processes; research of types, levels, principles and steps of optimization of the business processes; to comprehensively analyze the economical activity of the company; based on the analysis indentify critical points in the business processes; to choose a business process for the company for optimization; to suggest solutions of optimization of business process and count economical effectiveness; to summarize results of the work. The results and their novelty: theoretical bases of business processes, their types, levels, principles and steps of optimization were researched; comprehensive analyze of the economical activity of the company was made, critical points of the business processes were indentified, suggestions for optimization of the financial activities of the company were given with the help of refinancing of crediting. The field of application, economical effectiveness (practical importance): companies can use the results of the research in the financing activity for optimization their business processes, reducing the debt burden.
