В данной работе рассмотрены современные задачи бундесвера и его состояние. Проанализировано как менялся военный бюджет ФРГ в 2010 – 2017 гг. Изучены концепции «рамочных наций» и «гражданской власти», миссии НАТО, в которых Германия участвовала в Европе и на Средиземном море в 2010 – 2017 гг. Проанализирована история европейской интеграции в области обороны. Рассмотрены отношения ФРГ в рамках НАТО с РФ и США. Исследованы актуальные угрозы для ФРГ. Рассмотрено участие Германии в антитеррористических операциях НАТО в указанный период. Проанализированы причины отказа участия ФРГ в полномасштабных операциях в Ливии и Сирии.

This thesis considers the current problems of the Bundeswehr and its modern condition. In addition, this work analyzes how the military budget of Germany changed between 2010 – 2017. The “Rahmennationen” and “Civilmacht” concepts were studied alongside the German-involved NATO missions in Europe and on the Mediterranean Sea during the stated period of time. Furthermore, the history of European defence integration was analyzed. The author considers the relationship of Germany with Russia, as well as the relationship between Germany and the United States through a NATO focused perspective. The actual threats to Germany were investigated. The participation of Germany in NATO's antiterrorist operations during this period was considered. The reasons for Germany's refusal to participate in full-scale operations in Libya and Syria were also analyzed.
