Предметом дипломной работы являются разработка дипломатической обеденной программы с использованием блюд русской национальной кухни. Культурная дипломатия, которая является формой обмена идеями, ценностями, традициями и другими аспектами культуры и самобытности, помогает создать прочную основу для межкультурного взаимодействия с учетом соблюдения принципов справедливости, равенства, защиты прав человека, уважения и признания культурного разнообразия, способствуя глобальному «диалогу» культур» и, как следствие, ведет к поддержанию международного мира и стабильности.
