Объектом исследования является ООО «Ресурс МПС» г. Санкт-Петербург - предприятие оптово-розничнойторговли. Цель магистерской диссертации заключается в исследовании деятельности предприятия ООО «Ресурс МПС» для определения уровня его экономической эффективности, а также для выявления существующих недостатков и разработки стратегии, направленной на их устранение и повышение экономической эффективности.Были изучены теоретические основы экономической эффективности предприятия, проведен анализ финансового состояния предприятия, в результате которого был выявлен ряд проблем экономической деятельности.На основе сделанных выводов были разработаны меры по повышению эффективности деятельности организации и оценена потенциальная эффективности от их внедрения.Реализация разработанного проекта будет способствовать увеличению чистой прибыли, рентабельности и фондоотдачи.

The object of the study is LLC “Resource MPS”, St. Petersburg -an enterprise of wholesale and retail trade.The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the activities of the enterprise Resource MPS LLC to determine the level of its economic efficiency, as well as to identify existing shortcomings and develop a strategy aimed at eliminating them and increasing economic efficiency.The theoretical foundations of the economic efficiency of the enterprise were studied, an analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise was carried out, as a result of which a number of problems of economic activity were identified.Based on the findings, measures were developed to improve the effectiveness of the organization and assessed the potential effectiveness of their implementation.The implementation of the developed project will contribute to an increase in net profit, profitability and return on assets.
