В процессе исследования в данной работе были рассмотрены основные трудности, с которыми сталкивается следователь при расследовании ДТП и назначении судебно-технических экспертиз. Даны общие понятия и положения судебно-технической экспертизы. Изучены виды судебно-технической экспертизы. Проведен анализ причин и условий ДТП. Исследованы основные факторы назначения судебно-технических экспертиз при расследовании ДТП. Разработаны практические выводы по данной тематике.
