In this work, the study of core-shell and matrix Fe3O4-SiO2 nanocomposites structure, their properties and ways of their synthesis was conducted. This has been done for further determination of the way of synthesis, which is Aerosol Assisted Chemical Vapor Deposition. Thereby, the modernization of experimental equipment for chemical vapor deposition and determination of process conditions were done. Experiments to determine the need of the electrostatic filter inclusion for iron oxide particles deposition were held. Heat transfer in the sample holder and heat transfer with laminar flow in reactor were simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3a software. After that experiments for the synthesis of nanocomposite materials based on iron oxide and silicon dioxide were held. As the result, the need of the electrostatic filter inclusion for iron oxide particles deposition was confirmed. The "core-shell" nanocomposites based on iron oxide and silicon dioxide were obtained under various temperature conditions and TEOS amount.
