Темой работы является: «Способы передачи культурно-маркированной лексики в переводах произведений Г.Г. Маркеса (на примере испанско-русский и испанско-английских переводов)». Данная работа посвящена выявлению и способов передачи культурно-маркированных лексических единиц в переводах произведений Габриэля Гарсии Маркеса на русский и английский языки с учетом межкультурной ассиметрии фоновых знаний представителей латиноамериканской, русской и английской культур. В ходе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1) Провести сопоставительный анализ переводов на русский и английский языки, выявить культурно-маркированные единицы в текстах оригинала и переводов; 2) Провести анализ культурно-маркированных единиц, входящих в состав фреймов, представляющих собой различные фрагменты картины мира; 3) Выявить заполняемость слотов выделенных фреймов в переводах и определить основные способы передачи культурно-маркированных слов при переводе на русский и английский языки. В результате работы в изученных текстах 180 культурно-маркированных лексических единиц языка были выявлены, рассмотрены как элементы фреймовых структур, отражающих в языке различные фрагменты картины мира. В результате сопоставительного фреймового анализа была определена полнота заполнения слотов анализируемых фреймов в переводах, что может служить показателем эквивалентности и адекватности перевода.

The title of the master thesis is: “Translating techniques for representing culturally-specific concepts in the translations of Garcia Marquéz’s works (based on Spanish-Russian and Spanish-English translations).” The work deals with the analysis of the methods and techniques for representing culturally-specific concepts in translations of Gabriel Garcia Marquez's works into Russian and English with respect to the intercultural asymmetry of the background knowledge of representatives of Latin American, Russian and English cultures. The following objectives have been achieved in the study: 1) To carry out a contrastive analysis of the source text and its translations into Russian and English; to identify culturally-specific concepts in the analyzed texts; 2) To carry out a frame analysis of culturally-specific concepts as components of the frame structures reflecting different aspects of the world picture; 3) To check the content of the frame slots and to determine the main techniques to convey the culturally-specific Latin American concepts into Russian and English. The work identifies and analyzes 180 culturally-specific concepts as the elements of the frame structures reflecting various elements of the world picture. The study also compares the filling-in of the corresponding slots in the frames represented in the source texts and their translations what can be considered as an indicator of the equivalence and adequacy of a translation.
