Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Выбор и обоснование метода управления инвестиционно-строительными проектами». В работе рассматривается вопрос потребности в модернизации и усовершенствовании способов регулировки инвестиционно-строительными проектами и создании методических концепций формирования механизмов построения регулировки проектами. В работе были выставлены на решение следующие задачи: 1. выявление главных особенностей и способов в регулировке и контроле инвестиционно-строительных проектов, особенностей их применения и анализ показателей эффективности; 2. разработка мер эффективного решения организационно-экономических задач, отвечающих за регулирование капитального строительства относительно инвестирования и его возможной выгоды; 3. анализ степени и особенности воздействия организационно-экономического устройства управления в области регулировки инвестиционно-строительных мероприятий; 4. создание и исследование экономико-математического метода в процессе регулировки мероприятий в инвестиционно-строительной области; 5. подготовка рекомендаций относительно совершенствования методов и особенностей регулировки инвестиционно-строительных мероприятий с использованием организационно-экономической методологии. Предложенные рекомендации и методики успешно апробированы на предприятиях республики Крым, таких как: ООО «Монолит-Крым», ООО «Интерстрой-Крым», ООО «СК «Консоль-Строй», ООО «Севпроектмонтаж». На этой основе сделан вывод о результативности внедренных подходов.

The subject of graduate qualification work: «Selection and justification of investment-construction project management method». The topicality of research is determined by the necessity of improvement and development of management methodologies for investment-construction projects and development of methodological aspects to format investment-construction project management organization system. The research set following goals: 1. Identification of the main features and methods in the regulation and control of investment and construction projects, features of their application and analysis of performance indicators; 2. Development of measures to effectively solve organizational and economic problems responsible for regulating capital construction in relation to investment and its possible benefits; 3. Analysis of the degree and features of the impact of the organizational and economic management structure in the field of regulation of investment and construction activities; 4. Creation and research of an economic and mathematical method in the process of adjusting measures in the investment and construction field; 5. Preparation of recommendations on improving the methods and features of regulating investment and construction activities using organizational and economic methodology. The proposed recommendations and methods have been successfully tested at enterprises of the Republic of Crimea, such as: LTD Monolit-Crimea, LTD Interstroy-Crimea, LTD SK Console-Stroy, LTD Sevproektmontazh. On this basis, the conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the implemented approaches.
