Цель работы - выбор облачной платформы и подготовка проекта по ее внедрению в ИТ-компании Total Insurance. Задачи работы: 1. Изучение и описание деятельности компании Total Insurance; 2. Анализ рынка облачных платформ и услуг, выбор наиболее подходящего варианта; 3. Моделирование бизнес-процессов в состоянии «как есть» и «как должно быть» в компании и на стороне клиента; 4. Подготовка плана поэтапного внедрения облачной платформы в компании и у ее клиентов на примере типового проекта; 5. Расчет экономической эффективности от внедрения в компании Total Insurance и у клиентов. Работа выполнена на базе материалов о деятельности ИТ-компании Total Insurance. Использованные методы: сравнительный анализ, моделирование бизнес-процессов, экспертное оценивание, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты работы: - проведен сравнительный анализ облачных платформ лидирующих на рынке компаний, проведена экспертная оценка по наиболее важным критериям, выбрана облачная платформа компании Amazon; - рассмотрена архитектура предприятия и основные бизнес-процессы до внедрения облачной платформы, смоделированы процессы и архитектура в состоянии «как должно быть» для компании и для ее клиентов; - составлен поэтапный план внедрения облачной платформы в компании и типовой план для клиентов компании, рассчитана экономическая эффективность внедрения Amazon Web Services. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами внедрения облачной платформы для компании: экономия на затратах на покупку, содержание и обслуживание физических серверов, а также на аренду помещения и электроэнергию, высвобождение персонала и повышение его квалификации для выполнения других работ, более оперативное масштабирование инфраструктуры и повышение рыночной привлекательности компании за счёт использования облачных технологий.

The purpose of the work is to choose a cloud platform and prepare a project for its implementation in the Total Insurance IT company. Tasks of work: 1. The study and description of the activities of the Total Insurance; 2. Market analysis of cloud platforms and services, selection of the most suitable option; 3. Modeling of business processes in an "as is" and "to be" state in the company and on the client side; 4. Preparation of a plan for the implementation of the cloud platform in the company and its customers; 5. Calculation of economic efficiency from implementation in the Total Insurance and among customers. Work is performed on the basis of materials on the activities of the IT company Total Insurance. Methods: comparative analysis, business process modeling, expert evaluation, methods of evaluating projects effectiveness. The main results of the work: - A comparative analysis of the cloud platforms of market leading companies was conducted, an expert assessment was carried out on the most important criteria, the Amazon cloud platform was selected; - The architecture of the enterprise and the main business processes before the introduction of the cloud platform are considered, the processes and architecture are modeled in the “to be” state for the company and its customers; - A phased plan for implementing the cloud platform in the company and a standard plan for the company's customers have been drawn up, and the cost-effectiveness of implementing Amazon Web Services has been calculated. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of introducing a cloud platform for the company: saving on costs for the purchase and maintenance of physical servers, as well as renting premises and electricity, releasing staff and improving their skills for other work, more efficient scaling of infrastructure and increasing the market attractiveness of the company due to use of cloud technology.
