В данной работе проведена оценка влияния ввода новых мощностей ЛАЭС-2 на цену продажи электроэнергии на ОРЭМ и обоснована экономическая необходимость повышения точности прогноза цены продажи электроэнергии на свободном рынке. Обозначены риски недостоверного прогноза и осуществлён прогноз индекса РСВ на 2021 год.
In this paper assess the impact of the commissioning of new capacities at Leningrad NPP-2 on the selling price of electricity on the wholesale market and substantiated the economic need to improve the accuracy of forecasting the selling price of electricity on the free market. The risks of an inaccurate forecast are indicated and the forecast of the RSV index for 2021 is carried out.
