Цель работы: исследовать развитие и модернизацию этапа «Тестирование» жизненного цикла разработки программного обеспечения для дальнейшего построения комплексного прогноза изменения данного этапа и, как следствие, формирования рекомендательного набора компетенций для специалиста по тестированию в области информационных технологий. Результаты работы: 1. Функциональные модели «Как есть» и «Как будет», отражающие основные изменения в разработке ПО на этапе тестирования. 2. Методические рекомендации по применению разработанной модели на этапе тестирования ПО. Проведено исследование развития и модернизации этапа «Тестирование» разработки программного обеспечения. В рамках работы доказано, что изучение этапа «Тестирование» является актуальной проблемой на сегодняшний день. Изучено развитие этапа «Тестирование» в прошлом и настоящем, на основании чего была составлена модель «Как есть», отражающая проведение этапа «Тестирование» в настоящем времени. Проанализированы прогнозы на развитие этапа «Тестирование» в будущем. На основании анализа построена модель «Как будет», которая показывает внедрение изменений в этап «Тестирование» в будущем. Полученные результаты апробированы на примере IT-компании и составлены методические рекомендации. Полученные в рамках исследования рекомендации могут быть использованы различными IT-компаниями для изучения, как будет проводиться этап «Тестирование» в будущем, и понимания, готова ли их организация к внедрению новых изменения для получения конкурентного преимущества.

Objective: to study the development and modernization of the “Testing” phase of the software development life cycle for the further development of a comprehensive forecast of changes in this stage and, as a result, the formation of a recommended set of competencies for a testing specialist in the field of information technology. Results of work: 1. Functional models “As is” and “As will be”, reflecting the main changes in software development at the testing stage. 2. Guidelines for the application of the developed model at the software testing stage. A study of the development and modernization of the "Testing" stage of software development was carried out. As part of the work, it is proved that the study of the "Testing" phase is an urgent problem today. The development of the “Testing” stage in the past and present was studied, on the basis of which the “As is” model was compiled reflecting the conduct of the “Testing” stage in the present tense. The forecasts for the development of the “Testing” phase in the future are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the “How to” model is built, which shows the introduction of changes in the “Testing” phase in the future. The results obtained have been tested on the example of an IT company and methodological recommendations have been compiled. The recommendations received as part of the study can be used by various IT companies to study how the “Testing” phase will be conducted in the future, and to understand whether their organization is ready to introduce new changes to gain a competitive advantage.
