Цель работы – реализация проекта внедрения системы, ее настроек и демонстрации работы. Задачи работы: характеристика предприятия, его организационной структуры, выявление проблем, требующих решения; формирование требований к интегрированной информационной системе; анализ российского рынка ERP-систем и выбор решения; демонстрация настроек системы и работы модулей закупок и производства. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности ОАО «АГП», где были собраны основные данные, также в работу вошла информация из проектной документации, устав и регламенты компании. Использованные методы: системный анализ, сравнение, моделирование и прогнозирование. Результаты работы: исследовано предприятие с его текущими процессами; сформулированы проблемы; описаны требования к прикладному решению; проведен анализ рынка и выбор подходящей информационной системы; продемонстрирована работа в системе. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами автоматизации для предприятия: быстрая передача документов, автоматизированный складской и оперативный учет, увеличения количества готовой продукции. При необходимости в дальнейшем возможно наращивание дополнительных модулей.

The purpose of the work is implementation of the project of system implementation, its settings and demonstration of work. Tasks of work: characteristics of the enterprise, its organizational structure, identification of problems requiring solution; formation of requirements for an integrated information system; analysis of the Russian market of ERP-systems and the choice of solution; demonstration of system settings and operation of procurement and production modules. Work is performed on the basis of the activities of AGP OJSC, where the main data were collected, also the information from the project documentation, the charter and the company regulations were included in the work. Methods: system analysis, comparison, modeling and forecasting. The main results of the work: investigated the enterprise with its current processes; problems are formulated; the requirements for the application solution are described; market analysis and selection of a suitable information system; demonstrated work in the system. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of automation for the enterprise: quick transfer of documents, automated warehouse and operational accounting, increasing the number of finished products. If necessary, in the future it is possible to build additional modules.
