Тема исследования «Финансирование инвестиционных расходов по переносу линий и объектов электропередачи по требованию инфраструктурных организаций (на примере «АО «ЛОЭСК»)». Предметом исследования является процесс переноса линий и объектов электропередачи по требованию инфраструктурных организаций. Цель выпускной квалификационной заключается в разработке комплекса мероприятий, направленных на определение финансирования инвестиционных потерь по переносу линий и объектов электропередачи по требованию инфраструктурных организаций. Проведен анализ нормативно-правовой базы, действующей в сфере электроэнергетики и изучены особенности инвестиционных проектов по переносу линий и объектов электропередачи. Представлен расчет стоимости переноса линий и объектов электропередачи. На основании полученных данных выявлена сумма потерь организации при финансировании. На основании изученных документов выявлены недостатки и представлены наиболее эффективные способы финансирования переноса линий и объектов электропередачи. Областью применения результатов выпускной квалификационной работы является деятельность сетевых организаций. Практическая значимость результатов исследования позволит добиться экономии средств и снизить количество судебных разбирательств по данному вопросу.

The research topic is financing of investment expenses for the transfer of power lines and transmission facilities at the request of infrastructure organizations (using the case of JSC LOESK). The purpose of the final qualification is to develop a set of measures aimed at determining the financing of investment losses for the transfer of lines and power transmission facilities at the request of infrastructure organizations. The analysis of the legal framework in force in the field of electric power industry and studied the features of investment projects for the transfer of power lines and transmission facilities. A description of calculating the cost of transferring lines and power transmission facilities is provided. Based on the data obtained, the amount of the organization's losses in financing was revealed. Based on the studied documents, shortcomings were identified and the most effective ways of financing the transfer of power lines and transmission facilities were presented. The scope of application of the results of the final qualification work is the activities of network organizations. The practical significance of the research results will allow you to achieve savings and reduce the number of legal proceedings on this issue.
