The given work is devoted to the diagnostic of plasma isotope composition by flows of charge exchange atoms. The aim of this work is the determination of the isotope ratio in the central plasma of the Globus-M2 tokamak from the outgoing flows of neutral particles, measured by the analyzer of charge exchange atoms in the regime of "active" plasma diagnostics. The atomic fluxes on the ACORD-24M and ACORD-12 analyzers were simulated in the DOUBLE-MC code and the proportionality coefficient between the isotope ratio in a two-component plasma and the flows of neutral particles from the plasma was calculated in the wide range of densities and temperatures. Neutral injection was also taking into account. The proportionality coefficient linearly depends on the density in the density range 2∙10^19 − 2∙10^20 m^−3 and depends on temperature weakly in the range 400 - 2000 eV. The results of the work could be used in the laboratory of high-temperature plasma of the Ioffe Institute to determine plasma isotope composition on the Globus-M2 tokamak using corpuscular diagnostics.
