Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка экономической эффективности инвестиций в цифровизацию проекта в сфере страхования (на примере АО СК «Альянс»). Объектом исследования в рамках выпускной квалификационной работы является рынок страхования. Предмет исследования – организационно-экономические отношения, возникающие в процессе цифровизации рынка страхования. Целью данной работы является анализ особенностей страхования в условиях цифровизации и оценка эффективности инвестиционного проекта по внедрению современных технологий в процесс ведения бизнеса компании на примере страховой компании «Альянс». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: - изучение рынка страхования в России и за рубежом; - рассмотрение основных сквозных технологий на рынке страхования; - анализ современного состояния рынка страхования; - анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности страховой компании «Альянс» и инвестиционный анализ проекта цифровизации страховой компании на примере страховой компании «Альянс»; - определение наиболее перспективных направлений иншуртеха и их основных особенностей; - оценка современного состояния цифровых страховых технологий; - оценка места внедренческого риска в системе экономических рисков и его факторы. В ходе работы был проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности страховой компании «Альянс», а также инвестиционный анализ проекта внедрения цифровой технологии «Умное КАСКО» в пакет страховых продуктов страховой компании. В результате были получены результаты от потенциально возможного инвестирования в продукт цифровых технологий. Результаты позволяют оценить все преимущества и недостатки инвестиционного проекта. По теме выпускной квалификационной работы подготовлена публикация в сборнике конференции Экопром 2019.

Theme of the final qualification work: “Evaluation of the economic efficiency of investments in the digitalization of a project in the insurance industry (for example, Allianz Insurance Company JSC). The object of research in the framework of final qualifying work is the insurance market. The subject of the study is the organizational and economic relations that arise in the process of digitalization of the insurance market. The aim of this work is to analyze the features of insurance in the context of digitalization and assess the effectiveness of an investment project to introduce modern technologies in the business process of the company using the example of the Alliance insurance company. Tasks that were solved during the study: - study of the insurance market in Russia and abroad; - consideration of the main end-to-end technologies in the insurance market; - analysis of the current state of the insurance market; - analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Alliance insurance company and an investment analysis of the digitalization project of the insurance company using the example of the Alliance insurance company; - definition of the most promising directions of insurteh and their main features; - assessment of the current state of digital insurance technologies; - assessment of the place of implementation risk in the system of economic risks and its factors. In the course of the work, an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the Alliance insurance company was carried out, as well as an investment analysis of the implementation of the Smart CASCO digital technology project in the package of insurance products of the insurance company. As a result, results were obtained from a potential investment in a digital technology product. The results allow you to evaluate all the advantages and disadvantages of the investment project. On the topic of final qualifying work, a publication was prepared in the collection of the Ecoprom 2019 conference.
