This work is devoted to studying the temperature dependences of diffuse scattering in the range of 90 K - 300 K in order to determine the microscopic features of the structural rearrangement of Sr(x)Ba(1-x)Nb(2)O(6) (SBN-x) for x = 60, which leads to the appearance of a relaxor state. To this end, in the practical part, the evolution of the Bragg scattering widths was analyzed, the temperature dependences of the diffuse scattering intensities (DS) I(q) and their coefficients α determined by approximating the temperature dependences of the DS I(q) ~ q^(-α) near the reciprocal lattice sites were determined (332), (412), (002), (502) in the directions [001], [010], [1-10]. Also, the dependence of the FWHM of Bragg scattering in a wider temperature range from 90 K to 370 K was analyzed. As a result, it was concluded that the SBN-60 structure is undergoing a further restructuring up to 90 K.
