В данной работе показано совершенствование организации международных перевозок фирмы на примере компании ТК «ПЭК». Определена основная деятельность компании, проведен анализ финансовых показателей компании, конкурентов и рынка на котором компания совершает свою деятельность. Разработаны решения по совершенствованию организации международных перевозок фирмы ТК «ПЭК» и дана оценка эффективности предложенных решений.
This paper shows the improvement of the organization of international transport companies on the example of the company TC "PEC". The main activity of the company is defined, the analysis of financial indicators of the company, competitors and the market in which the company operates is carried out. Solutions were developed to improve the organization of international transport by TC "FEC" and the effectiveness of the proposed solutions was evaluated.
