Целью работы выбор поставщиков для закупки сырья и материалов для создаваемого производства телекоммуникационного оборудования. Задачи работы: проведение технико-экономического и финансового анализа предприятия; поиск поставщиков необходимых комплектующих; расчет затрат, связанных с организацией производства и новой себестоимости продукции; оценка эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий. Работа выполнялась на материалах, предоставленных ООО «Линком». Методы: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, оценка поставщиков методом рейтинговых оценок Основные результаты работы: выполнена оценка и обоснован выбор поставщиков сырья и материалов; определен расчет необходимого количества закупаемого сырья по применяемости материалов; разработана новая схема склада с учетом производства; проведена оценка экономической эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий. Практическая значимость работы определяется возможностью выхода организации на рынок с новой продукцией, возможностью разрабатывать собственные технологии и расширять ассортимент.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is the selection of suppliers for the purchase of raw materials for the new production of telecommunication equipment. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: technical, economic and financial analysis of the enterprise; search for suppliers of necessary components; calculation of costs associated with the organization of production and the new cost of production; assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed activities. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis materials, drawings provided by LLC “Linkom“. Methods: general scientific research methods were used: comparative analysis, supplier assessment by rating method The main results of the graduate qualification work: an assessment is made and the choice of suppliers of raw materials and materials is justified; the calculation of the required amount of purchased raw materials on the applicability of materials; a new warehouse scheme was developed taking into account production; an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed activities. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of implementing this event in the warehouse, the organization of production according to the existing product range with existing suppliers.
