Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка состояния и перспективы развития предприятия малого бизнеса в торговле». Данная работа посвящена оценке состояния торгового предприятия, относящегося к малому бизнесу, с целью дальнейшей разработки перспектив развития исследуемой организации. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение и анализ рынка детских товаров России. 2.Анализ рыночного поведения предприятия малого бизнеса в торговле. 3. Оценка экономического состояния предприятия. 4. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию деятельности предприятия малого бизнеса в торговле. 5. Оценка эффективности разработанных мероприятий. Работа выполнялась на предприятии ИП Кац И. И. «Фантазёр». В ходе работы была осуществлена организационно-правовая характеристика предприятия, дана оценка экономического состояния данного торгового предприятия, был проведен анализ рыночного поведения организации «Фантазёр», а также анализ товарооборота по объему и структуре. Результатом работы стала разработка для предприятия «Фантазёр» рекомендаций, связанных с переходом на иную систему налогообложения, а также с внедрением мастер-классов, для улучшения торговой деятельности и роста основных экономических показателей.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Evaluation of the condition and prospects of development of a small business in trade”. The given work is devoted to assessing the state of a small business trading enterprise with the aim of further creating prospects for the development of the organization under study. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study and analysis of the market for children's goods in Russia. 2. Analysis of the market behavior of small businesses in trade. 3. Assessment of the economic condition of the enterprise. 4. Development of recommendations for improving the activities of small businesses in trade. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed recommendations. The work was carried out in the “Fantazer”. In the course of the work, the organizational and legal characteristics of the enterprise were carried out, the economic status of this trading enterprise was assessed, and the market behavior of the «Fantazer» organization was analyzed, as well as the analysis of trade turnover in terms of volume and structure. The result of the work was the development for the «Fantazer» enterprise of recommendations related to the transition to a different taxation system, as well as the introduction of master classes to improve trading activities and the growth of basic economic indicators.
