Объектом исследования является ООО «Семаргл». Целью работы является внедрение автоматической системы хранения ARSENAL на примере ООО «Семаргл». Для выполнения заданной цели необходимо было выполнить ряд задач: рассмотреть понятие и функции автоматической системы хранения в складской деятельности организации, выделить ее особенности; провести анализ и дать экономическую характеристику деятельности ООО «Семаргл»; выделить основные проблемы складской деятельности организации; обосновать эффективность внедрения автоматической системы хранения ARSENAL. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнялась, опираясь на материалы, предоставленные ООО «Семаргл». Применялись следующие методы: анализ, синтез, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты выполненной работы: проведен анализ технико-экономических показателей ООО «Семаргл» для оценки деятельности организации; выявлены основные проблемы складской деятельности организации; обоснована эффективность внедрения автоматической системы хранения ARSENAL. Практическая значимость проведенной работы определяется возможностью использования материалов исследования в деятельности организации.

The object of research is the company LLC «Semargl». The aim of the work is the implementation of the automatic storage system ARSENAL in the organization, using as the example of company LLC «Semargl». For accomplishment of a given goal, it was necessary to solve a number of tasks: to consider the concept and functions of automatic storage system in the organization’s warehouse operations, to highlight special features of it; to analyze and to give an economic description of the activities of LLC «Semargl»; to highlight the main problems of the warehouse operations of the organization; to substantiate the effectiveness of the implementation of automatic storage system ARSENAL. The bachelor graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis LLC «Semargl». The following methods that we used: analysis, synthesis, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: the analysis of the technical and economic indicators of company LLC «Semargl» was done to assess the organization's activities; the main problems of the warehouse operations of the organization were identified ; the effectiveness of the proposed solutions of implementation of automatic storage system ARSENAL was justified. The practical significance of the work is determined by the possibility of using research materials in the organization's activities.
